When purchasing an item, you agree to the following:

 

(1) you are responsible for reading the full list of the item / product / service before committing to buy it;

(2) you undertake to enter into a legally binding contract for the purchase of an item / product / service when you commit to purchase and complete the check-out payment procedure.

* The quantities indicated in the inventory, as they refer to our main warehouse, may undergo variations due to the strong flow of online purchases and the non-real-time updating of the remaining units.

Therefore, if the purchased product is no longer available in terms of unit, color or size, we will proceed either with a full refund of the amount paid, or with the proposal of an alternative to the garment in question at the same price.

The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. "The fee for the services and any other expenses you may incur in connection with the use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged through your payment method.

For any intact product, simply return it with the accessories and packaging included with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product. We will exchange for another product or offer a refund based on the original payment method.

The shipping cost for the return will be at your expense.

 

Please note the following:

(1) Products can only be returned in the country where they were originally purchased;
